Meet Wendy Morgan
Founder
Wendy brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to the local vacation rental market. Her extensive local knowledge began in 1980, when her family acquired property in Sandestin as a second home. In 2005, she permanently relocated to the area, and it has been her true home ever since. This decades-long connection gives her a unique understanding of the region’s character, community, and vacation rental landscape.
Throughout her career, Wendy has managed a diverse portfolio of vacation rental properties—ranging from charming beach cottages to luxury coastal homes—ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and long-term property value. Her deep, lifelong familiarity with the area allows her to anticipate seasonal trends, respond quickly to challenges, and create a seamless experience for both owners and guests.

Meet Tripp Morgan
CFO
Tripp has called the Emerald Coast home since he was seven years old, and his deep connection to the community shines through everything he does. From his first job at age fourteen with a local business to becoming a member of the very first graduating class of Seacoast Collegiate High School, Tripp has grown up alongside the community he now serves.
He later attended Birmingham-Southern College, where he studied finance and accounting, building the foundation for his career. After college, Tripp expanded his knowledge with a leading accounting firm before choosing a more personal path—bringing his expertise back home to join Shell Seekers Vacations.
As CFO from day one, Tripp plays a vital role in the company’s financial direction, integrity, and long-term stability. His blend of local insight, formal training, and genuine commitment to the area makes him an invaluable part of the Shell Seekers team.

Creative Marketing Director
With 25 years of experience in creative direction, design, and marketing, Keri brings a seasoned, artistic touch to Shell Seekers Vacations. She has been a proud local since 2009 and infuses the spirit of the Emerald Coast into everything she creates.
As Marketing & Creative Director, Keri ensures that Shell Seekers Vacations not only performs exceptionally for its clients but also looks exceptional. Her work shapes the company’s branding, visuals, digital presence, and guest experience—from the first impression to the lasting one. Keri’s passion for design, storytelling, and community connection helps elevate the Shell Seekers brand to match the quality of service the team prides itself on.
Meet Laura-Hayden Morgan
Director of Guest Relations
Laura-Hayden Morgan serves as the Head of Guest Relations for Shell Seekers Vacations, bringing warmth, organization, and exceptional hospitality to every guest experience. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Laura-Hayden broadened her worldview by taking an au pair position in Dublin, Ireland, where she developed a deep appreciation for culture, communication, and global hospitality.
Upon returning to the United States, she made the Emerald Coast her permanent home. Laura-Hayden spent several years as a house manager for a local family, overseeing everything from a bustling household of six children to supporting the operations of the family business. This role strengthened her ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and maintain calm in fast-paced environments.
